This project is a place for students to develop knowledge and understanding of the Pacific people and their cultures. By collaborating online students will develop an appreciation of our responsibilities as global citizens and explore opportunities to take action.
People of the Pacific
The Pacific Island nations are made up of thousands of small islands spread across the Pacific Ocean. The people have diverse cultural backgrounds which are roughly grouped as Polynesian (east), Micronesian (west) and Melanesian.

Students
Go to http://www.karooba.com/Karoobatar/tabid/87/Default.aspx to create and save an avatar (image to represent you online).
Create your OzProjects profile with a description and avatar. To do this click on your login name at the top right of the main page and choose "edit your profile"
